Chris is a graduate of National American University with a B.S. degree in Applied Management.  Currently he is working with buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions in the Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

Chris has enjoyed a diverse career in the military, real estate, and hands-on ownership of five different restaurants.  Twenty years in the business world, which started in New York then moved to Colorado, has given Chris a wide variety of situations to deal with including: home and business transactions, new construction, lease negotiating, advertising, consulting with buyers and sellers, and managing multi-million dollar business operations.

Since his interest is bringing clients together for successful transactions, his skill is negotiating, along with consulting before and after the sale, is available for purchasers and sellers as a resource to call on.

Successful individuals usually are successful in all areas of life, and Chris is happy to say that he and his wife Laura have four beautiful children,  a strong faith and a belief that life is about relationships not transactions.  Helping people achieve their dreams is more rewarding to Chris than financial gain.
